Structural Maintenance & System Assessment: Targeted evaluation of adjacent building envelope components—including flashing integrity, commercial roof coatings, soft-wash cleaning needs, gutters, siding, and perimeter drainage—identifying immediate maintenance needs and cross-service repair opportunities.
